The C4 vertical machining center is a computer numerically controlled vertical router for Aluminum, PVC, Fiberglass and steel capable of working on 3 sides of the profile. Pneumatic tilting working table: +90°/0°/-90°, intermediate angles are obtained by mechanical stops, optional CNC controlled electronic rotation is available upon request. Spindle speed adjustment from 2800 to 18000 rpm is controlled by a frequency inverter. Computer Numerically Controlled interpolation of X and Y. Axis’ X, Y and Z movements utilize brushless motors. The unit comes complete with 4 pneumatic double acting clamps for material fixturing and an automatic tool changer. Software compensated tool diameter correction. Left and right profile zero stops, pneumatically actuated. Milling dimensions: X= 4000 mm Y= 200 mm Z= 180mm. Perimeter protection for safety, optional. The C4 is equipped with a fixed tool magazine that can hold up to 11 tools. A retractable enclosure protects tools from chips and dust produced during the machining process.
